Yes, we can customize different screw models for the powder filler, and the screw models are replaceable.
What’s the filling range of the screw powder packing machine?
The screw filling machine can fill from 5-1000g. But we need to customize according to specific weight that clients plan to pack. The screw model will be different.
What’s the maximum weight that the automatic powder packing machine pack?
The maximum filling weight is 1000g. For packing weight over 1000g, the semi automatic powder filler is recommended.
Is there a powder feeder for the powder dosing machine?
Yes, we have corresponding auger feeder for powder conveying. There is inlet port on the hopper to be connected with powder feeding machine.
The screw powder feeder is an option for client, which can achieve automatic adding materials and stop working with materials sensor installed in hopper.

Yes, both automatic type and semi automatic type are available, clients can choose the type according to budget and actual needs.

Model 25mm can fill 5-50g; model 38mm can fill 50-500g; model 75mm can fill 500-1000g.
