Most of our products equipment are non-standard type,which should be made according to requirements,and power supply needs to be customized according to country. Therefore,we normally start to produce the products after you confirm the order.

Yes,welcome to visiting our factory.Our factory is located in Guangzhou, China. You could visit us by taxi or by metro. Our company can pick you up. Please contact our customer service for appointment in advance.

We provide high-standard equipment. Quality is priority. People from Yuany always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end. We support production inspection before shipment. And all machines will be tested and send you videos. You can also send your own packages/materials for rest-run after the machines are finished. Our factory has gained GMP,ISO,and CE Certificates.

All the equipment ordered from us will be provided with 2 years guarantee from the delivery date. If there is any wearing part broken within the warranty and isn’t caused by improper operation, we would offer the new parts for free.

Generally, we take 30% of total amount as down payment, which should be wired by T/T. The 70% balance will be paid by T/T after you inspect your machines before shipment. We also accept letter of credit although it takes more expenses. But our bank should confirm your opening bank’s credit first.

We provide video & manual instructions of the machines you purchase and online service,as well as face-to-face teaching. Any questions or concerns,please feel free to contact our customer service for free information. If you come to the company,our technical staff will teach you hand by hand.

We usually deliver by sea or train, which is cost-effective,and other ways as you require. The leading time depends on order quantity and machine items! For small order quantity of standard machine, we will have stock. For large quantity of standard machine and other customized machines, it needs 15-45 days. We will confirm details with customers before you place orders!

Yes,we can provide installation service.Generally we’ll send one or two technicians to install your machines ordered from us. You should take care of round-trip tickets, hotels, meals and other accommodations. Daily wage for each person is USD100.

But actually,most products are installed before shipment and some are packed as a complete set. When you receive them,normally you only need to install simply. No need to ask professional engineer for help.
