One Stage Water Treatment Introduction
Reverse osmosis (RO) technology is a modern high technology developed recently in China. Reverse osmosis is to separate water from solution after it permeates the specially-made semi-transparent membrane through exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the solution. As the process is reversed to the natural permeation direction, it is called reverse osmosis.
According to the different osmosis pressures of various materials, the process of reverse osmosis with a pressure higher than the osmosis pressure can be used to reach the purposes of separation, extraction, purification, and concentration of a certain solution. It does not need heating, and there is no phase-changing process; therefore, it saves more energy than the traditional process.

Can you explain the different between one stage and two stage of reverse osmosis water treatment?
The main different is the conductivity of water to be produced.
One stage≤10μs/cm, two stage around 2-3μs/cm, EDI≤0.5μs.cm
Can you introduce the working process of the water filter?
One stage: raw water - raw water pump - sand filter - carbon filter - softener(optional) - salt tank - high pressure pump - reverse osmosis membrane system - one stage ro system storage tank
Two stage: one stage ro system storage tank - EDI system - EDI storage tank - two stage ro system storage tank - two stage ro water process - pure water pump - UV sterilizer - Finished pure water storage tank
When do you recommend pvc type and stainless steel type?
Regarding price, pvc type is cheaper, if client wants to save cost, can choose pvc type; regarding quality, stainless steel type is better, especially in too cold temperature,better resistance to low temperature.
How long to replace the reverse osmosis membrane and pvc film?
Reverse osmosis membranes are generally recommended to be replaced every year. But it is not a fixed time, the period should be considered according to the actual use environment and operating conditions.
PVC film is recommended to replace every two weeks.
What capacity do you supply?
We produce from 500L to 20 Tons according to client’s needs.
What type of water can we use for this pure water filter ?
The raw quality (conductivity) should be ≤300μs/cm), such as city tap water, lake water, underground water, river water...
How do I know the water conductivity?
The reverse osmosis water filter machine can display both raw water conductivity and output water conductivity.
