What’s the pressure it requires?
This semi automatic filling machine is full pneumatic drive, need an air compressor. The working pressure is 0.4-0.6Mpa.
Can it fill the paste like dough?
No, the dough is too viscous and can’t flow down. The materials must be easy to flow down for this vertical filling machine. And for too viscous paste, pressure filling machine or heating mixing filling machine will be recommended based on materials.
The power supply is 220v 60hz, can I use this paste filling machine?
Sure, the machine is only pneumatic drive, you just use local air compress to connect to it. There is no need to worry about power supply.
How many bottles can the cream filler fill per hour?
The filling speed is affected by many factors, such as the materials thickness, viscosity, operation speed by staffs, pneumatic speed adjustment, filling volume, pressure. The filling speed varies from 500-2400 bottles per hour.
Can it fill 10 liters bottle?
No, the biggest filling volume is 5L. But you can fill twice to achieve you target. Over 5L, another drum filling machine will be recommended.
How to adjust the filling weight?
There is weight regulator for client to refer. Just adjust several times until you get the accurate filling weight. Remember the reference number, next time directly use for the same materials and bottles.
