Automatic 4 Heads Detergent Filling Machine Working principle
The piston filler adopts air pressure to drive the piston, fill the material into the piston, and push it into the container for filling. Specifically, the piston-filling machine has a piston and a pipe, and the pipe has a discharge port and a feed port. When the piston is pushed, the air in the pipe is compressed, and the material is pushed into the pipe and then out of the discharge port, finally into the filling container.
When the piston is pulled back, the feed port automatically opens, allowing the material to be sucked into the pipe.
The filling amount of the automatic piston filling machine is obtained by calculating the displacement of the piston. The piston moves downward to inject material into the filling chamber of the filling head. When the piston moves to the set displacement distance, the air pressure will automatically shut off, and the piston will stop moving. At this time, the filling amount has been determined.
