Melting Tank

Does the jacket melting tank have temperature regulator?

Yes, the heated tank is with control panel, there is temperature display. The tank bottom is inserted a temperature probe. We can set the targeted temperature also.

I want to connect the melting tank with my filling machine, can you help to customize the height to 70cm and provide adapters?

What’s the standard discharge outlet size? Can you customize a small or bigger outlet pipe?

The standard discharge outlet is 2 inch, it can customized smaller 1.5 inch, or bigger 2.5 inch and so on.

What’s the maximum temperature the melting pot can get?

The tank is with electric heater, add water to conduct heat through jacket layer. Therefore the maximum temperature is 100°C.

Can I buy spare parts of heater tubes in case the heater burns?

Yes, we supply spare heating tubes. Client just remember the heater can not be operated without liquids in the jacket, otherwise, the heating tube will burn.

Can you add a mixing function for the tank with heater?

Sure, the cooling tank or heating tank can be customized with top mixing such as paddle, or frame, or scrapers. And client can choose a fixed speed 60rpm, or standard 0-60 rpm with speed adjustment, or customize other speed.
