This machine is a kind of microcomputer (PLC) with programmable control, photoelectric sensing, and pneumatic execution in one of the high-tech filling equipment. This machine is specially used for food, such as liquor, soy sauce, vinegar, alcohol, mineral water, and other edible liquids, as well as pesticide chemical liquid filling. Filling measurement is accurate, no bubbles, no dripping. Suitable for filling all kinds of bottles (including special-shaped bottles).
Pneumatic valve filling accurate time can be set to 0.01 seconds, can make the measurement accuracy control within the error range of ±1%, and reduce unnecessary material loss and improve user economic benefits. The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted individually to achieve consistent filling measurement. The machine sets the bottle-filling technical procedure; no bottle count is in place, and it is not filling; only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter is consistent with the number of bottles set. The filling amount can be initially adjusted to the required filling amount and then fine-tuned; you can get the ideal filling measurement accuracy.
