What type of bottles can it be suitable for ?
The screw capping machine is mainly used for plastic bottles. The cap can be pump head, sprayer, triggers, and various other screw caps.
Can the powder feeder work automatically with packing machine?
The feeder can automatically add materials and stop at the right time if the packing machine hopper is installed with material sensor.
Can you explain the difference between homogenizer mixing tank and agitator mixing tank?
Homogenizer mixer is also called high shear mixer, whose core function is micronization and homogenization. The homogenization process enables the dispersion size in the suspension or emulsion to be micron fine particles by mechanical force of rotor and stator, thereby improving the stability and uniformity of the product.
The agitator mixing tank is just with normal blending function, just mix different materials together, but can’t mix two incompatible liquids together.
Do you have temperature control system for the shampoo making machine?
Yes, there is temperature probe into tank at bottom. It detects temperature and display on the control panel. What’s more, the target temperature can be set.
