What’s the brand of motor for this vacuum emulsifying mixer?

We have different brand of motor for clients to choose. The standard motor brand is Beide, optional choice is Siemens and ABB.

What capacity do you provide for vacuum emulsifying mixer machine?

We can supply from 50 Liters to 5000 Liters for mixing tanks，but we recommend maximum 1000L for vacuum emulsifier homogenizer，whose the package sizes is just ok for regular 40” HQ container.

What type of homogenizer do you use for this vacuum homogenizer emulsifier?

There are two types of homogenizer, one is with regular standard mechanical sealing type, another is water cooling type. Clients can choose the preferred type according to needs.

Does this vacuum cosmetic emulsifying mixer machine have double jackets for cooling and insulation?

Yes, the vacuum emulsifying homgogenizer mixer is with three layers, thus forming two jackets. The inner jacket is for heating and cooling purpose. The outer jacket is for insulation and protection purpose.

What’s frequency converter (VFD) used for this cosmetic emulsifier?

We have 2 brand of converter for clients to choose. The standard converter is Delta, the optional choice is Mitsubishi.

What the difference between hydraulic lifting vacuum mixer and fixed lid vacuum mixer?

The main different between the two types of equipment is on the main emulsifier pot. The main pot of hydraulic lifting emulsifier can tilt down to empty materials. The hydraulic system helps to lift the main pot cover up, then the main pot can tilt down. But the fixed lid type has no this function.
