How do you pack for the cosmetic emulsifier?
The emulsifying equipment will be wrapped with film first, then packed with wooden case. The machine is well-protected during shipment.
Can it fill the paste like dough?
No, the dough is too viscous and can’t flow down. The materials must be easy to flow down for this vertical filling machine. And for too viscous paste, pressure filling machine or heating mixing filling machine will be recommended based on materials.
How to dry the mixed powder?
If the raw powder is not dry, and client wants to dry it during mixing, a jacket will be added with heater to achieve drying purpose.
