Portable Homogenizer Mixing Tank: key features

⦁ The liquid soap mixing tank adopts an imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technological demands.

⦁ The liquid homogenizer mixer adopts German technology with an imported double-end mechanical seal effect.

⦁ The standard homogenizer speed is 3000 rpm. The maximum emulsifying rotation speed of the homogeneous mixer can reach 6000 rpm, and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5 μm.

⦁ The tank body is a single-layer stainless steel 316 material. Can be designed with 3 layers, double jackets for heating,cooling,insulation purpose.

⦁ Each function of the soap mixer can be controlled separately by an electric button control panel (PLC control is optional).

The standard tanks has 1 layer for non-heating type,two layers for only cooling purpose,3 layers for cooling and heating purpose.

To save cost, electric heating is recommended, especially for small capacity soap mixing tank; Steam heating requires a steam generator, if client has steam generator, steam heating is recommended.
