Homogenizer mixing tank: key features

⦁ The liquid soap production machine adopts an imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technological demands.

⦁ The shampoo production mixer adopts German technology with an imported double-end mechanical seal effect.

⦁ The standard homogenizer speed is 3000 rpm. The maximum emulsifying rotation speed of the high-shear homogenizer can reach 6000 rpm, and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5 μm.

⦁ Each function of the mixing equipment can be controlled separately by an electric button control panel (PLC control is optional).

⦁ The jacket tank has a flat, half-open top. Can be designed with a sealed type.

⦁ The melting tank is designed with 3 layers and double jackets for heating, cooling, and insulation purposes.
