Homogenizer mixing tank: key features

⦁ The homogeneous mixing machine adopts an imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technological demands.

⦁ The shampoo mixer adopts German technology with an imported double-end mechanical seal effect.

⦁ The standard homogenizer speed is 3000 rpm. The maximum emulsifying rotation speed of the high-shear homogenizer can reach 6000 rpm, and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5 μm.

⦁ The mixing tank has a flat, half-open top. Can be designed with a sealed type.

⦁ The tank body is a single-layer stainless steel 316 material. Can be designed with 3 layers, double jackets for heating, cooling, insulation purposes.

⦁ Each function of the soap mixer can be controlled separately by an electric button control panel (PLC control is optional).

FAQs

Homogenizing Mixer

What’s the rotation speed of the top stirrer?

The standard speed of our liquid mixer machine is 60rpm. If add with speed regulator (frequency converter), the speed is variable from 0-60 rotation per minute.

What’s the rotation speed of the bottom homogenizer head of the liquid detergent mixer?

The standard homogenizer is with high speed 3000 rpm, we can customize other bigger speed according to actual needs.

For the electric heating liquid soap mixing tank, where do you install the heater, how does it work?

The heater tube is installed at bottom. The heating operation is controlled on the control box. Before operation, add tap water into jacket from heater container’s inlet valve. The heater heat water, the hot water conduct heat through inner layer to materials in the tank.

Do you supply steam generator and provide steam and cooling pipes together for the mixing tank with homogenizer machine?

If the mixing tank is with steam heating, we will help to supply steam generator and provide steam and cooling pipes. But this is an optional choice. Client can prepare by steam generator by himself. The steam pipe is usually quoted separately.

Do you have temperature control system for the shampoo making machine?

Yes, there is temperature probe into tank at bottom. It detects temperature and display on the control panel. What’s more, the target temperature can be set.

Does the chemical mixer tank has jacket?

Yes, the liquid mixing machine with homogenizer is with jacket. Normally there are double jackets, one is for heating or cooling, the other is for insulation and protection. There is also single layer type. Clients can tell us specific function or consult us for recommendation.
