And circuit protection device is equipped in the control box, when the power supply of the factory is beyond the designed voltage of the machine, or occurs short circuit, it will operate self-protection system.

Homogenizer mixer is also called high shear mixer, whose core function is micronization and homogenization. The homogenization process enables the dispersion size in the suspension or emulsion to be micron fine particles by mechanical force of rotor and stator, thereby improving the stability and uniformity of the product.

The agitator mixing tank is just with normal blending function, just mix different materials together, but can’t mix two incompatible liquids together.

There will be installed with rotary ball and valves on the lid, client uses high pressure water to clean or a high pressure gun to wash. Load tap water into tank, add some cleaning liquids, operate heating function and mixing function for better cleaning.

Yes,each function of mixing,homogenizing,heating,vacuuming can be controlled separately. For example, some of your products don’t requirement heating function, just don’t operate it. When you need heating function, you operate it.

There is no need to clean quite often for the same products. But for different products, it is better to clean every time before the production of different products.
