I don’t need homogenizer, can you reduce it?
Yes, the homogenizer is an optional function, whether clients need it depends on your own products.
Is the material of the cosmetic tank anti-corrosive?
Yes, the tank is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, it can store corrosive chemicals. But it is recommend to use PP storage tank if the liquid is strong acid, alkali and corrosive chemical liquid
Is the equipment easy to clean and maintain?
Yes, the equipment is designed with easy disassembly and cleaning in mind, making daily maintenance more convenient.
How to achieve vacuum environment?
The vacuum pump is a device used to generate vacuum, which can draw out the gas in the container to form a vacuum environment. Close wall pipe valves,only open the vacuum pipe pass-by valve,also open the water inlet of vacuum pump,then operate vacuum button. After the the tank get the standard pressure such -0.05Mpa (check the pressure gauge), stop the vacuum operation,close the pass-by valve.
