What capacity do you recommend for a new factory?
Vacuum homogenizer is a little expensive, and the dimension is big,compared with non-vacuum type. As a start, small capacity from 50-500L is recommended if client has limit budget. Later bigger capacity 500-5000L is considered to expand business.
For easy shipment,50-1000L is often recommended for vacuum type.
For the electric heating liquid soap mixing tank, where do you install the heater, how does it work?
The heater tube is installed at bottom. The heating operation is controlled on the control box. Before operation, add tap water into jacket from heater container’s inlet valve. The heater heat water, the hot water conduct heat through inner layer to materials in the tank.
What type of film can the bottle sealer machine work for?
The sealing machine is mainly used for heating and sealing polyolefin (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) as the inner layer of composite film material sealing.
What’s the distance between the bottle neck and sealing head for the best sealing effect?
Generally, the distance between cap and sealing device is no more than 5 mm, and for large diameter bottle,make the distance 8 mm. The longer distance, the weaker power becomes, the larger bottle,requires larger working power.
