Is the material of the cosmetic tank anti-corrosive?
Yes, the tank is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, it can store corrosive chemicals. But it is recommend to use PP storage tank if the liquid is strong acid, alkali and corrosive chemical liquid
Do you also supply the complete powder production line machines?
Yes, we provide a solution including: powder feeding machine, powder mixing machine, and powder packing machine which will be recommended according to how client plans to pack the powder.
What’s the maximum weight that the automatic powder packing machine pack?
The maximum filling weight is 1000g. For packing weight over 1000g, the semi automatic powder filler is recommended.
Can the agitator speed be adjustable with VFD?
Yes,the agitator mixer is equipped with frequency converter. Speed can be variable by adjusting the speed regulation panel. If you want to save cost, or not variable speed is needed, there is no need to add VFD device.
