Is the servo capper be compatible for different bottle size and shapes?
Yes, the capping wheels can be adjusted higher or lower for different bottle height. The distance between wheels can be wider or closer for different cap diameter.
How does water phase and oil phase materials get into the main homogenizer mixer tank?
The cosmetic mixing machine is designed vacuum feeding system. The water and oil pots can be automatically sucked into main emulsifying mixer pot under vacuum condition by conveying pipes to ensure materials are protected from external contamination.
Does your equipment support automated production?
Yes. Our equipment is highly automated, capable of full automation from ingredient preparation, mixing, emulsifying to filling and sealing, greatly reducing manual intervention and increasing production efficiency.
How to adjust the filling weight?
There is weight regulator for client to refer. Just adjust several times until you get the accurate filling weight. Remember the reference number, next time directly use for the same materials and bottles.
