Which do you recommend, steam heating or electric heating?
To save cost, electric heating is recommended, especially for small capacity soap mixing tank; Steam heating requires a steam generator, if client has steam generator, steam heating is recommended.

The filling motor is with Servo motor, which has high filling precision.
Can you explain the different between one stage and two stage of reverse osmosis water treatment?
The main different is the conductivity of water to be produced.
One stage≤10μs/cm, two stage around 2-3μs/cm, EDI≤0.5μs.cm
How to cool down fast? When the products is finished,the temperature is high, it takes a long time to get back to room temperature!
⦁The fast way is by using an external chiller to convey the cooling medium (usually cold water) through the pipe into the inner jacket,through water-circulation system to cool;
⦁Another way is directly continuously taking cooling medium (usually tap water) into the inner jacket of the agitator tank from inlet, and drain it from outlet to take away the heat.
