What’s the material of the mixer with agitator ?

Yes, all the tank mixers are made of stainless steel, and the standard contact part is made of ss316L, other parts ss304, which meet GMP standards and is CE proved.

Does the mixing tanks have cooling function?

The single layer mix tank has no cooling function. If you client need cooling function, will customize at least two layers with one jacket for cooling purpose.

Yes,there are safety valves for jacket pressure and vacuum pressure. When the pressure reaches the designed margin point, the safety valves can protect the machine by releasing the gas. 

And circuit protection device is equipped in the control box, when the power supply of the factory is beyond the designed voltage of the machine, or occurs short circuit, it will operate self-protection system.
