Does this vacuum cosmetic emulsifying mixer machine have double jackets for cooling and insulation?
Yes, the vacuum emulsifying homgogenizer mixer is with three layers, thus forming two jackets. The inner jacket is for heating and cooling purpose. The outer jacket is for insulation and protection purpose.
Do you have temperature control system for the shampoo making machine?
Yes, there is temperature probe into tank at bottom. It detects temperature and display on the control panel. What’s more, the target temperature can be set.
What’s the maximum height that the lid can lift up to? And how high it is when cover closed?
The dimension is different for different capacity. For example, the 500L height is 2.48m when cover closed, the height is 3.6m when cover lift up.
Can you tell me the filling range of each specific screw model for this powder bottle filling machine?
Model 25mm can fill 5-50g; model 38mm can fill 50-500g; model 75mm can fill 500-1000g.
