Do you provide installation service locally?
Yes,we can provide installation service.Generally we’ll send one or two technicians to install your machines ordered from us. You should take care of round-trip tickets, hotels, meals and other accommodations. Daily wage for each person is USD100.
But actually,most products are installed before shipment and some are packed as a complete set. When you receive them,normally you only need to install simply. No need to ask professional engineer for help.
What’s the motor brand of this semi automatic powder packing machine?
The filling motor is with Servo motor, which has high filling precision.
How is the quality?
We provide high-standard equipment. Quality is priority. People from Yuany always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end. We support production inspection before shipment. And all machines will be tested and send you videos. You can also send your own packages/materials for rest-run after the machines are finished. Our factory has gained GMP,ISO,and CE Certificates.
Is the material of the cosmetic tank anti-corrosive?
Yes, the tank is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, it can store corrosive chemicals. But it is recommend to use PP storage tank if the liquid is strong acid, alkali and corrosive chemical liquid
Can you customized contact materials stainless steel 316L for the detergent powder making machine ?
Yes, we provide customization service upon requirements. The contact parts can be SUS304 or SUS316L. But the cost will be more.
